Safe investment in real estate property, with the possibility, at any time, to sell it, exchange it or use it as mortgage

*** The net tariff of the hotel room's rent is calculated by the factual sales price of the hotel room, after appliying of all of the actual discount programs for the final renter, after the payment of the travel agencies and booking agencies intermediary services, without VAT and without the state city tax per traveler

Fully equipped hotel rooms

In the condo-hotel COSMOS you can buy hotel rooms with a surface from 17.5 to 76.2 square meters. All rooms are sold fully finished, equipped with furniture, appliances, and all the necessary hotel accessories.

Foreign and regional buyers

Actually is no longer need your physical visit to our company’s office for the hotel room purchase. Our experts will carry out the process for the study and the signing of contracts at a distance (the originals sending via express mail will be at our expense).

Payment Methods

You can pay for the purchased hotel room with a 100% advance payment.

You can also take the opportunity to pay for the purchased room in installments, with full amount complete payment till July 25st 2018, with a 0% commission and with only 3 000 EURO initial contribution.
